Arian a8c7cbc357 Update miuicamera from cupid OS2.0.209.0.VLCMIXM 
This drops a few patches: ultra hrd heic patch is not necessary anymore
since we are on real sdk 36 now. The camera secure launch commis don't
seem to be necessary anymore, xiaomi might have fixed it themselves.
